SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via Australia Post using the Parcel Post service.
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $100.
For orders under $100 a flat shipping fee of $15.00 will apply.
Please note the delivery cost will not be added to your order until the final stages of checkout.
Please allow 1-3 days for us to process your order.
Estimated delivery time within Australia is 3-5 business days.
If you have not received your package within 7 business days of placing your order please contact us via email leanne@majesticselections.com.au with your full name and order details and we will look into your delivery immediately.
WA & QLD customers - Due to high quarantine costs, retail sales of planted MiPlants through the postal service is not viable. Empty containers can be sent to all states
PICK UP is also available for Victorian Customers from Clayton South

RETURNS

Unfortunately there are no returns on live plants. We will only send you plants of the best quality, disease free. We want you to be 100% happy with your MiPlant purchase & we will always do out best to ensure that your MiPlant is sent with love & care.

If your plants arrive damaged in transit please contact us immediately via email - leanne@majesticselections.com.au and provide your order number and photos of the damage. We will be in touch within 48 hours. Please do not dispose of the plants or packaging as they may be required for return.

In the unlikely event that you have received a MiPlant planter which has a manufacturing fault or is incorrect to the one you purchased, please contact us for a refund or exchange.
